Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture organized a series of competitions featuring elocution, essay writing, declamation and quiz on 7th of July, 2017 to commemorate Sri Aurobindo's 145th Birth Anniversary on 15th August.

15 reputed schools of Kolkata participated in this year's event, including The Future Foundation School.

There were approximately 350 participants in the different events.

Wreek Gupta of Class 9 secured the Third Position in English Elocution

Quiz Team from TFFS secured the First Position.

The Judges for the various events were:

English Elocution: Smt. Aniandita Bose and Smt. Paramita Das

Bengali Elocution: Shri Supriti Mukhopadhyay and Shrimati Swantana Chowdhury

English and Bengali Declamation: Prof. Sourindranath Bhattacharya

Hindi Declamation: Prof. Manoj Shukla

Quiz Master: Shri Parnab Mukherjee
