Consultative services in general Medicine and other more demanding specialised branches of Allopathy Medicine were provided to people on out-patient basis at very nominal charges. Instrument oriented services requiring quick relief were also provided in Dental, ENT and Ophthalmology. The services of the doctors were provided once a week. The number of patients who have undergone treatment in different branches of allopathy medicine is given below. :

Kolkata Municipal Corporation conducted Immunisation programme at Health and Healing through the year. 1573 were given vaccines for polio, triple antigen etc.



Alternative Medicine

Patients suffering from chronic diseases have taken assistance homeopathy medicine and acupuncture . 59 patients have taken treatment in homeopathy medicine and 21 patients in acupuncture.

Medical services for Students :

Health check-up of the students of all classes of Arun Nursery School and The Future Foundation School was taken up during the year. 1058 students have undergone health check-up. Those requiring specialised services in Eye, Ent and Dental were referred to specialist doctors of the Institute for further check-up. A report card was prepared for each student and handed over to parents to make them aware about the physique of their words, Arrangement of doctors was also made during school hours for attending sudden sickness of students or accidental injuries met by them. First-aid measures were also taken during such time.

Uttarbhag Unit.

Health-care services in Homeopathy Medicine once a week in Uttarbhag unit off Baruipur dist. South 24-Paraganas continued during the year.
Very poor patients from neighbouring areas covering a distance of 5-10 Km have come for treatment of their chronic ailments. They were also dispersed free medicine. During the year 10,168 people have come for treatment in 47 days.

Sri Aurobindo Seva Trust, Boral.

Two doctors visited the place , each once a week for providing heath-care services, consultative services were provided by one doctor free of charges in General Medicine, Diabetes and Paediatrics. Another doctor took care of patients by dispensing homeopathy Medicine free of charges.
