A Vision Improvement Camp is being conducted at the Medical Unit of Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture by Sri Tapan Chakraborty and his team from School for Perfect Eye-sight, Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
Timings: 27th Oct 2005 - 8th Nov 2005 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

| Eye-exercise - Background
|
Prescription glasses provide a way to get around visual defects/disorders but they neither cure nor prevent
further deterioration.Eye-exercise provides relaxation of mind and eye, which is the key to success in improving/correcting visual disorders. Thus this camp seeks to educate people on
eye-exercises and the way to perform these exercises.

| Procedure
|
Interested inviduals must register at the special desk at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture.
The team trained at School of Perfect eyesight will teach eight simple
exercises to registrants. The team will also make available the required equipment/kit and provide instructions
on how to perform the eye-exercises. The exercise sessions would be conducted in one-hour slots.
Each registrant would participate in a session daily for seven days.
