Internship of International Medical Students
A team of 9 medical students from Virginia Medical Institute, Virginia Commonwealth University has undergone internship under our doctors. The objective was to see how Indian doctors provide health-care services to patients using minimum resources. First a team of two medical students came and examined the patients under guidance of our doctors for one week. This was followed by another 2 teams in subsequent two weeks. Two special medical camps involving our doctors in specialised disciplines were organised for all the nine team members. The international students have appreciated the health care services rendered by the Institute to the poor and needy people.
