"We the Board Members of the Interact Club.............................make this year into a more successful year." - (oath taken by ICFFS Board 2004-2005)

It was with this thought in mind that the Board members of the Interact Club of The Future Foundation School headed by the President for the year 2004-2005 were sworn in, on April 13, 2004 within the school premises.
The function was graced by the presence of our Honourable Chief guest, Mr. Sondhi Mukherjee,
Inspector General of Police. Other respectable guests present were Mr. Ranjan Mitter, Principal of T.F.F.S.,
Mr. Hirak Roy Choudhury, President of Rotary Club District 3920, Mrs. Alokananda Roy, renowned dancer and
social worker.

The ceremony was inaugurated by an Indian Classical dance recital by an interactor
of T.F.F.S. It was followed by a play, depicting Sri Aurobindo's Life in Prison by the Board Members of
T.F.F.S. This was followed by speeches of the ex-board members about their memorable experiences while working on projects like visiting the Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital,
"Navanir" - Old-age home. After this , the investiture Ceremony took place.
The most enlightening part was speeches by Mr. Sondhi Mukherjee followed by Mr Hirak Roy Choudhury and last but not least, our Principal Sir.
The function was brought to an end by a folk-dance performed by the Interactors of T.F.F.S.

The club is making an endeavour to scale new heights and to enable this, it solicits the help of its teachers, coordinators and school authorities. However, on a conclusive note, it is worth mentioning that before the work started for the year 2004-2005 the Board Members received a trophy from Mr Hirak Roy Choudhury of Rotary Club, which was extremely encouraging.
