Rain-water harvesting and Earth Lovers (Nature Club of T.F.F.S.)

The Future Foundation School was the first amongst schools to install a Rain-water harvesting system on 15th Oct 2004, thus imbibing the concept of water-conservation amongst students.

The system follows a simple process of collecting rain water in a tank through a network of rainwater pipes.The collected water is fed into a re-charge well to replenish the ground water - it is also used for watering the plants, washing utensils and other purposes.
