'Better Kolkata Contest' - Baganbari Slum Project

As part of the "Better Kolkata Contest", TFFS has worked at the Baganbari Slum, from Sep'03 onwards, to increase environmental awareness, with specific focus on the following:

proper garbage disposal
sapling plantation
compost preparation from vegetable and fruit peels
usage of medicinal plants
making and selling of paper bags for income generation
reduction of polybags-usage
usage of mosquito nets
